How to Use
- Place the protractor on the platter, with the spindle through the hole.
- Move the tonearm until the stylus sits at the center of the outer bullseye. If the cartridge isn't square to the outer grid lines, loosen the mounting screws and rotate it until it is.
- Move the stylus to the inner bullseye, pivoting the protractor as needed. If the cartridge isn't square to the inner grid lines, adjust the overhang by sliding the cartridge in or out.
- Repeat steps 2–3 until the cartridge is square at both points, then tighten the screws and recheck.
